The Center for Outreach in Alzheimer’s Aging and Community Health is dedicated to delivering programming focused on healthy living. From research to nutrition to training we seek to empower all who experience COAACH. Well-designed strategically crafted interaction is the key component that guides our team. We are here to support aging communities as they deal with the complexities of Alzheimer’s and Caregiving.

Alzheimer's & Other Dementia's

Alzheimer’s is the most common cause of dementia and is a specific disease. Dementia is a general term for a decline in mental ability severe enough to interfere with daily life.
